Design Notes
This part forms the third component of the synthetic protein-protein interaction system developped by Whitaker et al. It is designed to form the bridge between the leucine zipper module in part BBa_K1349007 and the SH3 domain in part BBa_K1349005.
Expression of this construct is expected to lead to interaction between proteins containing an SH3 domain (part BBa_K1349005) and those containing the complementary leucine zipper peptide (such as part BBa_K1349007).
